We are a popular and beautiful wedding venue within the Scarborough area, offering spaces for civil ceremonies, reception and wedding breakfast meaning your whole day can be celebrated in one beautiful venue. However, if you would prefer a church ceremony, we are next door to the beautiful All Saints Church of Wykeham
We can cater for up to 120 daytime guests and 250 evening guests however our venue is also perfect for those wanting a more intimate affair
All the packages on our website are guides based on 60 and 80 guests which can give an idea of what is included and approximate pricing.

We stayed at the Downe Arms Hotel last week & had the most amazing time!! The staff were so friendly, meal was spot on, bedroom was lovely! Couldn't fault anything. We we definitely be back.

We have a beautiful garden and patio area which is yours throughout your special day and offers the perfect space for welcome drinks, relaxing after your wedding breakfast and maybe having some lawn games to entertain your guests!

Our winter all inclusive packages are perfect for those winter months, with some beautiful pictures to be had in our grounds and by our beautiful open fires, it really is a beautiful time of year to get married.
