Dine in our charming restaurant at the front of the hotel with large windows overlooking the village of Wykeham, perfect for a relaxing lunch or afternoon tea. We also have a cosy Tuckers bar to the back of the hotel which is perfect for sitting and enjoying a local cask ale and a bite to eat. Our Tuckers bar is also dog friendly so why not bring your canine friend along too. Our chefs use fresh local produce wherever possible to create a good selection of both British and International dishes. All our meat comes from highly regarded Yorkshire farmers and butchers.

Booked for Sunday lunch. This is one of our favourite places to dine. We had the roast Dinner and I must say the quality of the food is exceptional. The beef was perfect and the Yorkshire puddings enormous. Good selection of freshly cooked vegetables. I think £18 for three courses is superb value for money. Good choice of beers and the Black Sheep is well looked after. We shared the Strawberry Cheese cake for afters which was beautiful. We’ve eaten here on numerous times for many different occasions. And got Married here. I cannot recommend the Downe Arms enough. Phil and his team never disappoint. And we will be back again.
